Synopsis Play School - S291
This Play School series aims to develop a child's awareness of patterns in everyday life; visual patterns, patterns in sound and music and patterns in daily routines. Across the series, we find and create a wide variety of patterns - from making tree rubbings, to delicious patterned pizzas with olive spots and capsicum stripes! Exploring and identifying patterns through creative play is a useful tool to build an awareness of mathematical concepts and help children become numerate.
